Mr. Seiler is the Director, Program Office for Symtx.  Dale has personally developed and directed the design of mechanical interfaces for numerous automated test systems. These have included custom interfaces, drawers and RF switch matrices. He has also designed automated fixtures and handlers for high-volume production of phased array antenna modules, and mechanical test of various weapon systems.  Mr. Seiler is responsible for all project and program related activities including financial, technical and schedule.

Prior to Symtx his experience includes the U.S. Army, Smith International, Varco International, and Eaton Semiconductor Equipment.

Dale has a BSME and is a Registered Professional Engineer with more than 30 years of experience in mechanical design.
