Symtx can update and enhance older test stations to meet new requirements, whether due to a new DUT, changing test specifications, or obsolete instrumentation. Symtx can help you improve station ergonomics at the same time, with newer flat panel displays, articulated mounting arms, optimized fixtures and other enhancements.

If you have obsolete or intermittent equipment in your station that can no longer be economically supported, Symtx will develop a replacement plan. This encompasses not only an equivalent instrument, capable of making the same measurements, but improving the overall flexibility and maintainability of the ATE solution. It also includes a plan for station hardware and software modifications to maintain the existing station capabilities, and a verification plan for final acceptance. For situations where no COTS solution is available to meet your requirements, Symtx will design a chassis, board or mechanical fixture to meet your special test needs and allow your station to be supported economically in the future, complete with a comprehensive set of documentation.
