Mr. Hiller is the Chief Technology Officer for Symtx and founder. Prior to founding Symtx, he co-founded Production Automation in 1981, a developer of custom test equipment for incoming inspection. In 1983 he left to form Symtx. Mr. Hiller has an MSEE and more than 30 years of experience in design and development of ATE systems. This includes developing test systems for military equipment such as the Patriot Missile and Tornado aircraft (EW suite); RADAR simulators; threat simulation and ELINT decoding; as well as commercial RF test systems for telecom, medical and automotive applications.

Mr. Hiller has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering with highest honors from the University of Wyoming. Prior to founding Production Automation in 1981, Mr. Hiller worked as a design engineer with the Naval Weapons Center and Northrop Defense Systems.
