Symtx has over 20 years of experience in providing test solutions to the semiconductor industry at the wafer and packaged part level.

Symtx develops burn in stations for special requirements, such as precision temperature control of individual, high power dissipation devices.

Many of the test systems we develop are for use by Quality Assurance and process engineering. These stations are special purpose stations, used to assure process stability, characterize new processes or analyze failure characteristics. A few of the systems we have designed and delivered include Thermocouple Calibration, Ring Oscillator Characterization, and Solder Joint Monitoring.
